New Dallas Initiatives Battle Domestic Violence
DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - Violence in North Texas and other parts of the nation has forced cities to change how they look at domestic violence, and one Dallas City Council member is going to introduce new initiatives on Thursday that could save lives.
In only the past week, there have been several domestic violence incidents, including the arrest of a man who allegedly shot and killed his wife in the parking garage of UT Southwestern Medical Center.
