Nutter Says Sticker Shock Property Values May Not Happen

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Sticker shock in the form of new property values are due to be mailed out to Philadelphia homeowners in about two weeks.
But council members say they're frustrated that they have yet to see neighborhood breakdowns of the new values.
Thus far the Nutter Administration has only said publicly that the new assessments total nearly $100 Billion dollars.
