07 Picard Puligny MOne of the best wine known across the world , where the chardonnay is the King . ( tasted in November 2011and later on 2012  )

Winery : Michel Picard ( negociant manipulant )

Name : Puligny Montrachet ( chradonnay Grapes )

Vintage : 2006

Area : Côte de Beaune – Burgundy

Alcohol content : 13%

The color is a intense pale yellow and consistent in the glass . The nose is intense , complex , scents of ripe fruits ( yellow pulp )and yellow flowers , at the first impact it is more floral than fruity , almost vanilla , then it opens the doors showing spicy sweet notes , candied fruits . The mouth is dry , soft , warm , fresh and intense , complex and balanced well structured but with a good body . The 2006 vintage was ready to be drunk .
